The Heart Truth Community Action Kit includes everything you need to coordinate and lead a one-hour presentation on The Heart Truth for women in your community. The kit includes:

- A printable poster you can customize with the date, time and location of your presentation
- A downloadable version of The Heart Truth documentary
- A PowerPoint presentation with slide-by-slide speaking notes
