Prior to becoming the co-host of E! News Weekend, Arisa Cox racked up credits as both host and producer in entertainment news and reality television on shows including ET Canada, The Gill Deacon Show, Road to Rockstar, The A-List, Studio 2, U8 on Film, Arresting Design and The Lofters. Her resume also includes cameos on The Smart Women’s Survival Guide, Instant Star and CBC Newsworld.

Arisa attended the Claude Watson School for the Arts and Carleton University’s journalism program. She won a national Harry Jerome award for excellence in academics as well as numerous scholarships during this time.

A woman of many talents, Arisa is also skilled in music. In 2004, she won the first Canadian Idol Media competition and donated her $5,000 winnings to the Harry Jerome scholarship fund.

Arisa is currently a red carpet fashion critic for The National Post. She recently completed work on a sexy web series for the CBC and is consulting on an upcoming videogame for EA Games.
