The Heart Truth brochure

The Heart Truth brochure provides an overview of the campaign and the importance of heart health. If possible, print the brochure two-sides and in colour to create an attractive pamphlet.

The Heart Truth fact sheet

This fact sheet covers the five warning signs for heart disease and for stroke and includes tips on making lifestyle changes that can reduce your risk significantly.

What to ask your doctor

This information sheet helps women identify questions they need to ask their doctor about their heart health during their next check-up.

Commitment cards

These simple commitment cards are distributed to your audience so that they can write down one thing they plan to do to improve their heart health. They can be kept in your wallet or purse as a reminder of your first-step commitment to better heart health.

Feedback form

The feedback forms are distributed to your audience at the end of the presentation. You can collect them up and submit the information to the Heart and Stroke Foundation using the online feedback form.
